微核(micronucleus，簡(jiǎn)稱MCN)是真核生物細(xì)胞中的一種異常結(jié)構(gòu)，是由有絲分裂后期喪失著絲粒的染色體片斷游離于細(xì)胞質(zhì)中產(chǎn)生的。細(xì)胞受遺傳毒物作用形成微核，以檢測(cè)細(xì)胞中微核的形成來(lái)檢測(cè)物質(zhì)遺傳毒性的試驗(yàn)稱為微核試驗(yàn)。目前，微核試驗(yàn)已被許多國(guó)家及機(jī)構(gòu)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)，用于評(píng)價(jià)新藥、食品添加劑、農(nóng)藥、化妝品、工業(yè)化學(xué)品、環(huán)境污染物等遺傳毒性的檢測(cè)、安全性評(píng)價(jià)和遺傳損害的檢測(cè)。
